Local Delivery

DELIVERY INFORMATION - COVID-19

• We are operating under a no contact delivery policy.
• For most residences, our delivery drivers will knock on the front door or ring the doorbell, then place flowers by the foot of the door maintaining a safe social distance from the recipient. There will be no contact between drivers and recipients.
• For apartment buildings, we will leave flowers with the concierge. If there is no concierge, we will contact the recipient and have them come down while we wait. Flowers will then be placed on the ground in the lobby. To keep our delivery team as safe as possible, they will not enter a building and go up to any floor using the elevators or stairs.
• For work-place deliveries, we will drop off flowers at main reception.
• We are not delivering to hospitals, medical offices or clinics.
• We are not delivering to nursing homes, retirement homes or similar long-term care facilities.
• We will not return to an address if recipients are away.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

1. STANDARD DELIVERY
  Our standard delivery fee is charged for orders that are delivered same-day if ordered before 10:30am EST.
  These orders will be delivered throughout the day (usually in the afternoon). 
     NO TIME GUARANTEE is available for this option.

  Cut off time:  Mon - Sat 10:30 am.
     Orders received after 10:30am EST will automatically go for delivery the following business day.

****EXPRESS SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS***
2. EXPRESS SHIPPING (optional)  Only Available Mon - Fri 

For Next-Day EXPRESS delivery:
  Please select this service to have your order delivered by 12:30pm EST.

For Same-Day EXPRESS delivery:
  This option allows for 3hr EXPRESS delivery.  Orders will be delivered within 3hrs of receiving the order when ordered between 9:30am and 2:00pm EST.  

  Please select this option if you have any time preference for delivery.

  Orders must be placed before 2:00pm for same-day express.
     If you would like rush delivery after 2:00pm please call 1 800 387-9557.

  Express Shipping is available Mon - Fri.

Our local delivery area includes all of the GTA (Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Brampton) and surrounding areas (Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster, Georgetown, Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Markham, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa).

Rest of Ontario

Gift Basket deliveries are anywhere in Ontario outside of our local area. Shipments will be made by UPS and will take 2-5 business days.

Across Canada

Gift basket deliveries are anywhere across Canada outside Ontario. Shipments will be made by UPS and will take approximately 5-7 business days.

United States

These deliveries are made to anywhere in the United States. Shipments will be made by UPS and will take approximately 7-10 business days. *We reserve the right to send the order to a basket store in the city of the recipient*
